Free apartment locating services!!
Born in San Antonio, Texas in 1986. She moved to Tampa, Florida till she was 8 years old, then relocated back to San Antonio. Her father still resides in Tampa and she loves to visit. Lindsay graduated 1 year early from High School, managing to complete 4 years of material in 3 years. Next, she attended San Antonio Community College with aspirations to become an architect. After accomplishing some credits, Lindsay wondered if she was on the right career path. So she called up her dad for advice. He informed her that you go to school to be educated. And after answering a few questions, Lindsay had described a career in Real Estate. After completing that semester, Lindsay enrolled at Champions School of Real Estate. She attended her first class: Law of Contracts, and learned all about the different sales agents within
the industry. New Home Sales seemed like a dream! So she completed all the classes needed to obtain a Real Estate License, but instead researched all the builders in San Antonio. After careful consideration, she picked her favorite builder and was working for them
within 2 days of her interview. After proving her worth, she was promoted to assist the top 2 communities in the city. The agents she assisted taught her well! She was shortly promoted again to full time sales representative, the youngest at the company by many years! At this time, the economy was awful in major cities
across the US. But, Texas was still going strong and we were selling millions every month. Despite the chapter 11 bankruptcy, due to the decline in “sister companies” in Florida and California. Lindsay still managed to sell 2-4 “new builds” every month. Eventually, the crash of
the market caught up with us and the company was sold, being one of the corporations only producing asset.
All the while, Lindsay started in the restaurant industry and always held down a second job for many reasons. One, working in bars was better than going out to bars. Two, getting paid to provide hospitality and join strangers on a night out was so fulfilling and fun. Third, Lindsay
worked jobs she wanted to attend. For example, she is a fishing enthusiast so she worked CCA’s all over Texas for 12 years as a catering bartender. When the economy crashed and the builder went out of business, she joined the Spurs organization and bartended every home
Spurs game and the entire Rodeo. “Work is fun if you love what you do!" In 2012, Lindsay rejoined the Real Estate industry as a residential Realtor. Initially, worked for a small brokerage, was even their first agent! The broker was amazing and specialized in marketing. Together they worked many events marketing the value of their services. Next, Lindsay was offered a job working for a Top Producer at a Keller Williams office that had over
500 agents. Lindsay assisted him and was hired by the office to host trainings on the newly introduced software. Not long after, the company required all agents to go “paperless” and use the software in order to get paid on their transactions. Lindsay became popular quickly, whereas
she was available for “contract hire”. Meaning, she would get hired by individual agents to work a couple transactions from contract to close, so the agent could learn the software in real time. At the age 28, Lindsay dreamed of becoming an apartment locator but was offered a great job working for builder/remodeler. There she mastered accounting, building permits, and managing building materials. As always, Lindsay worked in the service industry, as well. She continued bartending for the catering company for big special events. And on the weekends, bartended at
Bluebonnet Dancehall. At the age 32, Lindsay followed her heart to the coast and fished every chance she got! She is a
Pro at catching her own bait. Fished the same fishing hole every time on the intracoastal channel, and it never let her down! Her and her dog were eating fresh Red Fish every week. She managed the 5 acre property she lived on. Always renting on a month to month basis to accommodate the oil and gas workers. Lindsay resided in 1 unit and managed the other 5, plus maintenance of the property. She also worked at Tandy Leather in Corpus Christi because she
is an extreme enthusiast for leather crafting. There she was solely in charge of ordering all inventory for the store for the week. In addition to knowing the 1000+ item inventory list and educating customers on all products, she also taught classes almost on a daily basis. Some classes were one on one and some were organized group class. Lindsay loved working at the store, but when Covid hit, she was sent home to work customer service over the phone and internet. When the world reopened, she was promoted to the Commercial Department.
In 2022, Lindsay relocated to Austin to move in with her sweet boyfriend. She missed working in Real Estate so she joined an Investment Company running their closing department. This residential investment company bought and sold homes in almost every state. Lindsay solely worked “contract to close” on every company transaction. She hired every closing company and agent for each transaction and followed through til the deal was done. She closed over 300+
transactions in 2 years nationwide.
In 2025, Lindsay activated her Real Estate license in pursuit of her longtime dream of becoming the most amazing apartment locator!! Today she is doing that and loving it! She would love to locate an apartment for you or anyone you know in the Austin/San Antonio area. She pays $50 for referrals and $50 to clients (plus a housewarming gift upon moving in!) Not only does she make this process seamless, easy, and fun but she also cares.
